Overview

The plan is for the author to produce written material which aims to contribute to the development of contemporary management systems in the public work environment, based on his scientific research and professional skills. This ambitious scheme would enable public organizations to formulate a long-term strategy as well as allowing management in the government domain to build heightened awareness amongst their staff by demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge within this sector.

The success story began with the author’s first publication about change management in 2009. Since then he has been invited several times to speak to government organizations and prepare specific courses on to this subject. The second book, about motivation, which was published in 2014, acquired an enviable reputation within the public sector in the UAE, since it was considered to be the first scientific work illustrating motivational management in the Arabic workplace.

These two publications have given the author the privilege of continuing with his scientific endeavours for two main reasons; firstly an appreciation of what the author’s scientific research involves from many prestigious leaders within the UAE and secondly considerable encouragement from readers, friends, and colleagues.
