Motivation is a decisive factor in organizational sustainability. It is an instrument of success in our life and work. Motivation is not only a crucial element of management, society, politics, economics etc, but also an essential part of life without which we can’t achieve contentment in our life, school, work and wider society.
In the first part of the motivation book, I explore many exciting subjects, which affect human personality, perception, learning, and so on. These components include those which might harm organizational performance, image, or reputation as well as productivity.
This part has received great appreciation from prestigious government leaders, and the publication is regarded as one of the best pieces of work of 2014 in the U.A.E. The book also exceeded sales expectations compared with the average of similar books in Arabic.
The second part of the volume on motivation will be more practical compared to the first part, which covered theoretical and academic aspects of the subject. The part will illustrate the strategy for a creating motivational environment, where employees are encouraged to learn, participate, and make their voices heard.
