This book focuses on four parts which deeply affect workplace motivation. These are; the principal concepts of motivation; the key theories that establish a motivated environment; applications of motivational systems in the workplace; and the role of leadership in creating a suitable environment that encourages people to be motivated and enthusiastic.

Leading Change Management in the Dubai Police
The publication was my first attempt to publish a book, and this publication received strong support from His Excellency Lieutenant General/ Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, the Head of General Security for the Emirate of Dubai, so, I consider myself highly privileged to have this opportunity.
The book contains six chapters: The first reviews the change management system in the Dubai Police;
the second focuses on the basic principles of change management; the third illustrates the importance of planned change; the fourth discusses the major role of leadership in the change journey; the fifth draws on the need for well-established departments for change processes, the sixth shows the effective teamwork for leading change.
